Terms of service

By creating a Allergen Signoff account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Allergen Signoff is a tool for keeping your restaurant's own allergen records. The allergen rows, sign-offs and the server lookup show only what your team entered: your restaurant is responsible for their accuracy, for checking product labels and recipes, and for how food is prepared and served. The lookup does not replace asking the kitchen: staff should always tell the kitchen about a guest's allergy and confirm before serving. Allergen Signoff is not a certification and doesn't make your restaurant compliant with any law by itself. We aren't responsible for allergic reactions, illness or injury, or for errors in the records you keep.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• The company owner controls who joins the company's account and can disable users at any time.
• Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, or access other companies' data.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds.
• If a paid plan lapses, your company moves to the Free plan: your records stay, but user logins and features the Free plan doesn't include stop working until you choose a plan again.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Your data

Your company's records belong to you. You can export them at any time. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability

We work to keep Allergen Signoff running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using Allergen Signoff at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
